About the role
EMAPTA is seeking a Contracts Paralegal to join its global legal team on a permanent remote basis. The role operates on a night‑shift schedule with weekends off, offering a sign‑on bonus and a range of lifestyle perks.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analyse contracts, service agreements and other legal documents.
- Redline non‑disclosure agreements (NDAs) and negotiate terms with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure vendor compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
- Collaborate with international teams to support cross‑border transactions.
Required profile
- Ability to work night‑shift hours remotely.
- Availability to work full‑time with weekends off.
