Contracts Engineer – Infrastructure & Hydro Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Engineer to lead contract management for our dam and hydro‑power projects in Pakil. The role involves ensuring contractual compliance, HSE standards and seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and administer contracts for infrastructure, dam and hydro projects, ensuring alignment with FIDIC and local regulations.
• Lead contract negotiations, monitor performance, and resolve disputes efficiently.
• Oversee procurement processes, evaluate bids and support tender documentation.
• Ensure HSE compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction and legal teams to integrate technical requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Master’s degree in Construction Law, Project Management or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project‑management certification.
• Safety and Environmental certification.
• Minimum 10 years of contract management experience in infrastructure, dam or hydro projects.
• Proven experience with international standard contracts such as FIDIC.
