Contractor Coordinator Lead

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Contractor Coordinator Lead to manage our Roofing Quality and Contractor Onboarding teams. This fully remote, independent‑contractor position oversees remote roofing assessments, contractor onboarding, and ensures high‑quality project delivery for US residential roofing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Roofing Quality and Contractor Onboarding team, ensuring accurate remote assessments and high‑quality project outcomes.
• Oversee contractor onboarding, verifying compliance, documentation, and company standards.
• Distribute daily workloads, track progress, and guarantee timely completion of roofing projects.
• Review scopes of work prepared by specialists, providing guidance for accuracy.
• Act as escalation point for quality concerns, contractor disputes, and complex challenges.
• Monitor contractor performance, enforce quality standards, and manage corrective actions.
• Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and contractors to resolve issues and streamline execution.
• Drive process improvements to boost workflow efficiency and quality assurance.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, scopes, project statuses, and communications.
• Provide regular performance reports to leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in US residential roofing, including systems, materials, repairs, and quality standards.
• Previous leadership experience managing teams, contractors, or operations in roofing or construction.
• Strong understanding of remote roofing assessment processes and contractor onboarding workflows.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
