Elevator and Escalator Installer

About the role

The Installer is responsible for the on‑site installation of elevator and escalator equipment, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery. You will work closely with customers, builders and the installation supervisor to manage daily activities and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation according to KONE methods, following method instructions and schedules.
• Manage on‑site communication with customers and coordinate with builders to avoid interruptions.
• Report progress, shortages or damage to the supervisor and order replacement parts promptly.
• Maintain installation tooling, ensure proper storage and handling of equipment, and keep the work environment safe.
• Receive, check and store materials, and submit timekeeping, quality feedback and warranty claim reports.

Required profile

• Basic electrical and mechanical skills.
• Completed relevant university or college qualification.
• Finished an elevator industry training program.
• Familiarity with arrangement drawings and quality & safety rules.
