Content Analyst - M&A and Deal Data

About the role

LSEG is a global financial markets infrastructure and data provider. Its Deals team covers investment banking transaction data for mergers and acquisitions, new issues, private equity funds and infrastructure content. It is hiring a full-time Content Analyst based in Manila, Philippines, on a blended (hybrid) workstyle. The analyst ensures the consistency, quality and timely delivery of data powering the company's products, working in a multi-national team.

Key responsibilities

• Process data accurately into the database using technical and financial knowledge
• Own data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness
• Resolve queries from internal and external clients in a timely way
• Create and maintain content for new projects
• Research new sources and review existing ones for quality, timeliness and automation
• Document policies, procedures and work processes, and share feedback on process improvement
• Follow data policies and procedures, and back up other analysts when they are absent

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems

Required skills

• Understanding of financial markets
• Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and Excel
