Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer data and insights to define segmentation, targeting and positioning strategies.
• Define and market fintech products for priority customer segments.
• Lead end‑to‑end go‑to‑market planning and execute tailored marketing campaigns.
• Optimize customer journeys and digital touchpoints to boost engagement and satisfaction.
• Track campaign performance, ROI and KPIs, continuously improving results.
• Monitor competitors, industry trends and regulatory developments.
• Manage segment budgets, support P&L ownership and contribute to pricing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Experience in segment, product or brand marketing, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical ability with a track record of turning data into clear recommendations.
• Proven success delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation and personalized marketing.
• Understanding of fintech products, trends and regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment.
