Computer Operator

About the role
We are looking for a Computer Operator to join our on‑site team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The role focuses on managing daily batch processing, ensuring scheduled jobs run smoothly, and supporting production operations. You will work closely with the IT operations team, gaining exposure to enterprise‑level scheduling tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and monitor daily batch processing jobs.
- Track scheduled jobs and perform routine troubleshooting and reruns when needed.
- Coordinate processing requests from internal teams.
- Maintain accurate operational records and logs.
- Provide production support and suggest process improvements.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift‑based environment while adhering to a Monday‑Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm schedule.
- Ability to work on‑site in Taguig.
Required skills
- Unix operating system.
- VB scripting (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
