Computer Operator – Data Entry & IT Support

About the role

The Computer Operator will support the division by accurately entering and managing data, troubleshooting minor technical issues, and assisting the Information Technology Officer with system testing and implementation tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Encode scholar’s data, youth organization information, and other relevant data for the division’s operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine stoppages and error situations.
• Assist the IT Officer in conducting test runs and computer debugging.
• Help implement monitoring tools or database templates that support office services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• No prior experience required.
• No specific training required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, Google Docs, Google Spreadsheet, Google Slides, and virtual conference applications.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with basic computer and printer troubleshooting.
