About the role

The Company Nurse will lead the promotion and maintenance of employee health within the organization, ensuring that health and safety remain top priorities in the workplace. This role focuses on developing and implementing comprehensive health strategies that support staff wellbeing and productivity.

Key responsibilities

Promote employee health initiatives and preventive care programs.
Develop, adapt, and monitor health strategies aligned with company safety policies.
Provide direct nursing care and health assessments to staff as needed.
Collaborate with management to integrate health and safety standards into daily operations.
Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of occupational health and safety principles.

Required skills

Clinical nursing expertise.
Knowledge of employee health promotion.
