Company Nurse – Onsite Medical Support

About the role

The Company Nurse provides onsite medical support, promotes employee health and wellness, and ensures compliance with occupational health standards for the Cebu site. This role combines clinical care, benefits administration, health promotion, and safety compliance in a corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid, emergency response, and basic medical care to employees onsite.
• Conduct routine health assessments, vital signs monitoring, and pre‑employment medical reviews.
• Maintain employee medical records in compliance with data‑privacy regulations.
• Administer prescribed medications and coordinate referrals to accredited healthcare providers.
• Serve as primary contact for employee healthcare benefits and insurance, assisting with coverage understanding and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards, support hazard identification, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Design and implement health and wellness programs, including health talks, screenings, vaccination drives, and mental‑health initiatives.
• Act as health and wellness representative for Cebu, coordinating wellness campaigns, medical missions, and employee events.
• Prepare and submit health‑related reports to management and regulatory bodies, and assist in updating company health policies.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license.
• 1–3 years of experience in occupational health, corporate clinic, or hospital settings.
• Experience handling HMO providers.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid (preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work onsite.
