Company Nurse

About the role

Join Suyen Corporation as a Company Nurse and become the health champion for a dynamic corporate and retail environment. You will provide direct nursing care, manage wellness programs, and ensure a safe, healthy workplace for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary care and emergency first aid to employees.
• Lead health initiatives such as annual physical exams, vaccination drives, and health seminars.
• Process health‑related benefits including HMO enrollment, SSS sickness notifications, and EC claims.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical records for all staff.
• Oversee procurement and inventory of medicines and medical supplies.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE and OSH workplace health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
• BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) certification is a strong advantage.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a corporate or clinical setting (fresh graduates with strong clinical backgrounds are welcome).
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certification.
• Valid PRC RN license.
