Company Nurse

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Company Nurse to join Regent Foods Corporation in Pasig City. The nurse will deliver comprehensive medical care to employees, supporting their health and contributing to a safe workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical attention and first aid for illness or injury.
• Administer vaccinations, conduct health screenings, and monitor overall employee health.
• Maintain detailed medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Promote a healthy work environment and educate staff on wellness and disease prevention.
• Assist in developing and implementing workplace health and safety policies.
• Participate in emergency response planning and its execution.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid Philippine nursing license.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a corporate or industrial setting, preferably in occupational health.
• Strong clinical expertise and knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions during emergencies.
• OHNAP certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using electronic medical record systems.
