About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Company Nurse to provide on‑site health support for our employees. The role involves delivering immediate medical care, conducting health assessments, and promoting wellness initiatives within the workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first aid and emergency care to employees as needed.
- Conduct health assessments and monitor employee health status.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement health and safety programs.
- Educate staff on health, wellness, and preventive care topics.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing or occupational health setting.
- Empathetic and patient‑focused demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
- Ability to manage health records while maintaining confidentiality.
