About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Company Nurse to provide on‑site health support for our employees. The role involves delivering immediate medical care, conducting health assessments, and promoting wellness initiatives within the workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency care to employees as needed.
• Conduct health assessments and monitor employee health status.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement health and safety programs.
• Educate staff on health, wellness, and preventive care topics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing or occupational health setting.
• Empathetic and patient‑focused demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
