Community Operations Specialist

About the role

TaskUs is seeking a Community Operations Specialist to manage the health and productivity of its global TaskVerse network. The role sits at the core of AI operations, blending operational discipline, empathetic communication, and data‑driven decision‑making to ensure taskers are efficiently onboarded, engaged, and productive.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end onboarding, activation, and retention programs for thousands of taskers across multiple time zones.
• Continuously review and improve SOPs to boost efficiency and tasker satisfaction.
• Monitor project queues for signs of fatigue or confusion, escalating issues to maintain data quality.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and LX teams to prepare community resources (guides, FAQs) ahead of new project launches.
• Draft clear, concise, and culturally sensitive communications for tasker communities.

Required profile

• Strong operational mindset with a focus on process optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly.
• Data‑driven approach to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving environment.
