Community Operations Associate

About the role

Nas.com is building a Shopify‑like platform for the AI era and needs a proactive Community Operations Associate to keep its online communities vibrant and well‑organized. You will work remotely from anywhere in the Philippines, interacting daily with members across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Moderate conversations on Nas.com, WhatsApp, Discord, Telegram, and Facebook to maintain a positive environment.
• Send daily updates, reminders, and engagement prompts to members.
• Respond to member inquiries, escalate issues, and enforce community guidelines.
• Remove spam, handle conflicts professionally, and ensure no important messages are missed.
• Track engagement metrics and propose improvements to boost participation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to communicate announcements, launch campaigns, and support community events.

Required profile

• Passionate about online communities and internet culture.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership without waiting for instructions.
• Experience in startups, creator businesses, media companies, or online education.
