Community Associate – Receptionist

About the role

Prosmash is seeking a friendly and organized Community Associate to be the front‑of‑house ambassador. You will create a warm first impression, manage daily reception activities, and support sales and community events in a vibrant sports and wellness environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, handle check‑ins, court bookings and walk‑in inquiries.
• Maintain attendance logs, booking schedules and ensure the reception area is tidy.
• Assist new members with onboarding, facility orientation and answer basic program questions.
• Promote club programs, upsell memberships, merchandise and coaching sessions.
• Collect payments, issue receipts and support promotions, referrals and event registrations.
• Record bookings, payments and member data accurately; coordinate schedules with coaches.
• Help facilitate tournaments, leagues and social events, managing crowd flow.
• Capture simple social‑media content (photos, short videos) when needed.

Required profile

• College degree or graduate in business, hospitality, sports or related field (preferred).
• At least 1 year experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, gym or club settings (fresh graduates with strong people skills may be considered).
• Excellent communication, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Basic computer systems proficiency.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Familiarity with booking software.
