Commercial Finance Manager

About the role

The Commercial Finance Manager provides timely financial evaluation, information and advice to support management in planning, decision‑making and profitability improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Submit monthly performance reports and analyse results versus budget and prior year, identifying revenue improvement and cost management opportunities.
• Deliver forecasts (budget, rolling forecasts, flash estimates) and management reports on schedule, monitoring risks and opportunities.
• Support strategic planning and transformation initiatives, preparing consolidated financials and sensitivity analyses.
• Evaluate post‑marketing activities and collaborate with Marketing and Merchandising to drive category and SKU profitability.
• Lead regular P&L reviews by category and ensure appropriate metrics measure growth, profitability, expense control and productivity.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of commercial finance, business partnering or financial planning experience in retail or manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and CPA certification.
• Proven ability to prepare financial modelling scenarios.
