Cold Caller – Outbound Sales Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Cold Caller to join our team in General Santos. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will initiate outbound calls, engage potential clients and promote our services.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and present company offerings.
- Gather and analyse customer data to qualify leads.
- Follow and manage call scripts while accurately documenting each interaction.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet sales targets and improve processes.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport over the phone.
- Experience in generating and qualifying leads, preferably in telemarketing or cold‑calling.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or communication is a plus.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call‑tracking systems.
