About the role

The resort is looking for a qualified Cook to join its adult‑only hotel kitchen. You will work in a natural, high‑standard environment, preparing and presenting dishes that meet international quality standards while creating memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, season and present dishes using appropriate culinary techniques.
• Assist with ordering, receiving and storing raw materials and kitchen supplies.
• Cook and plate a variety of regional, national, international and creative dishes.
• Support the set‑up, service and dismantling of buffets and special events.
• Monitor and control kitchen inventory, costs and purchasing.
• Maintain hygiene standards, clean work areas and equipment, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Participate in menu planning and development.
• Handle specific stations such as grill, show‑cooking or specialty sections as needed.

Required profile

• Qualified culinary training and ability to work autonomously.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with kitchen and service teams.
• Commitment to food safety, hygiene and environmental standards.

Required skills

• HACCP (food safety) knowledge.
