Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer designs, implements, maintains, and optimizes cloud‑based infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and performance. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams, providing technical expertise and supporting business objectives through efficient cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a subject‑matter expert on cloud infrastructure.
• Engage with multiple teams, contribute to key architectural decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement improvements.
• Serve as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project goals.
• Design, deploy, and optimize cloud services on platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Required profile

• Expert proficiency in cloud infrastructure concepts.
• Experience with content management systems and Linux environments.
• Strong understanding of incident and problem management processes.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure for hosting and managing services.
• Experience optimizing Alfresco or Mobius platforms, including repository management, archiving, and content retrieval.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with both business and technical contacts.
