Clinical Training Lead (PHRN required)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Trainer to join our Healthcare BPO team. The role focuses on designing and delivering training programs for U.S. healthcare operations, ensuring new hires and existing staff are proficient in Utilization Management Review, Prior Authorization, and Denials & Appeals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct new‑hire onboarding, refresher courses, and upskilling sessions for healthcare operations teams.
• Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, process documentation, and learning resources.
• Deliver training on U.S. healthcare processes such as Utilization Management Review, Prior Authorization, and Denials & Appeals.
• Assess trainee performance through knowledge checks, nesting support, and coaching.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and Client stakeholders to identify training needs and close performance gaps.
• Monitor training effectiveness using assessments, quality metrics, and feedback.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to improve employee performance and compliance.
• Ensure all training content aligns with client requirements, regulatory standards, and company policies.

Required profile

• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Trainer in a Healthcare BPO environment.
• Strong experience with Utilization Management Review, Prior Authorization, and Denials & Appeals for U.S. healthcare accounts.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, including night shifts as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with virtual training platforms.
