About the role
The Clinic Site Selection & Regulatory Lead will drive compliance, inspections, and continuous quality improvement initiatives across our clinic network. Working on‑site in Makati City, the role collaborates with cross‑functional healthcare teams to ensure each site meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Lead clinic site operations and oversee regulatory compliance to guarantee quality and safety.
- Drive inspection processes and implement continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional healthcare teams to align site selection with regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for growth and provide leadership in site development projects.
Required profile
- Proven experience in clinic site operations and regulatory compliance within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of quality and safety standards applicable to medical facilities.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
