- Endorsements billing (10%-15% of time): file endorsement slips and issue inter-office notes as agreed.
- Engineering fee billing (10%-15% of time): process billing with the GERE / Advisory team and keep technical materials recorded in the onshore general folder or the account folder.
- Premiums, queries and additional premium (20% of time): liaise between Credit Control in Singapore and Finance in Kuala Lumpur, monitor prompt payment discounts, handle query emails from the Operations team and reinsurance markets, and calculate additional premium where applicable.
- Other reasonable administrative tasks as required by the team.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy or a related field.
- 8+ years of administrative, billing or team-coordination experience, ideally in insurance broking, reinsurance, financial services or professional services.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong numeracy and attention to detail for premium calculations and billing accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines across time zones and keep structured records.
- Preferred: prior exposure to insurance broking operations, placement support or premium billing; familiarity with broking or policy administration systems; working knowledge of insurance terminology; experience supporting teams across Asian markets.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.
- Ability to draft clear business correspondence to clients, markets and inter-office contacts.
What we offer
- Hybrid working arrangement with Marsh's standard benefits package for Philippines-based colleagues.
- Exposure to complex, international Downstream Energy placements and senior stakeholders across Asia.
- A collaborative, cross-border team culture.
