Claude AI Developer (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking a highly capable Claude AI Developer to join our internal team on a remote, independent‑contractor basis. You will use Anthropic’s Claude ecosystem (Claude Code and Claude CoWork) to build next‑generation operational tools, dashboards, and secure back‑end systems that streamline our global workforce and automate key business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom internal web applications, dashboards, and automation tools from scratch.
• Lead the creation of a Contractor Management & Attendance Tracking Dashboard.
• Integrate Claude CoWork agents and Claude Code CLI to accelerate development and refactor legacy scripts.
• Connect disparate internal platforms via APIs to eliminate manual data entry.
• Architect scalable back‑ends using Supabase or similar BaaS solutions and enforce strict data‑security protocols.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in modern software development (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, React, Next.js or similar).
• Hands‑on experience with Claude Code (CLI) and Claude CoWork for building applications and automations.
• Proven ability to deliver front‑end dashboards/web apps linked to back‑ends such as Supabase or PostgreSQL.
• Deep understanding of data‑security best practices, environment‑variable management, and secure API integration.
• Excellent written and spoken English and the capacity to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
