Civil Drafter – Residential & Commercial Projects

About the role

Colorshield Construction is seeking a full‑time Civil Drafter to join its on‑site team in Cauayan. You will translate engineering concepts into precise technical drawings for residential, commercial and industrial projects, supporting engineers and project managers throughout the design and construction phases.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update detailed civil engineering drawings, plans and layouts using CAD software.
• Produce quantity take‑offs, as‑built drawings and documentation required for permits and construction.
• Maintain organized drawing files and version control.
• Collaborate with site teams to clarify design details and resolve drafting issues.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant standards, codes and project specifications.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting or a related field (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with CAD tools for 2D and basic 3D drafting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple revisions.
• Effective communication skills for teamwork with engineers, project managers and site personnel.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to company standards.
