Chief Operating Officer

About the role

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will join the executive leadership team of Gastronova Hospitality Group and be responsible for driving operational excellence across its portfolio of restaurants, retail concepts, commissary operations and future business units. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will shape and execute the operational strategy that supports the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all operational functions across multiple hospitality brands.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with growth objectives and long‑term vision.
• Establish best‑practice systems, processes and performance standards to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as sales, profitability, labor productivity, guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Culinary and HR to align execution with business goals.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cost management and profitability improvement initiatives.
• Build scalable operating structures to support expansion.

Required profile

• Strategic, hands‑on hospitality leader with extensive multi‑unit operational experience.
• Proven track record of developing high‑performing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and improve profitability.
