Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) – Metro Manila

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead and oversee the entire HR function for our organization based in Metro Manila. The role reports to senior leadership and is responsible for shaping HR strategy across the IT, technology, and BPO sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all HR functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive large‑scale HR operations and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategic HR policies covering labor relations, talent management, and culture development.

Required profile

• Current or previous experience as CHRO, Head of HR, HR Director, or an equivalent senior HR leadership role.
• Extensive background in the IT, technology, shared services, or BPO industry.
• Minimum 15 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in executive HR leadership.
