Chef de projet transformation numérique – dématérialisation

About the role

Join the shared information systems and digital department of Grand Chambéry as a Digital Transformation Project Manager focused on dematerialisation. You will lead projects and ensure the technical reliability of key document‑management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and administer the dematerialisation architecture, including the orchestrator, GED, and TDT platforms such as Alfresco and the Libriciel suite (Pastell, S2low, iParapheur, Asalae).
• Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance of applications and the underlying architecture, especially the financial management information system.
• Drive projects from conception to delivery, coordinating all dimensions (scope, schedule, budget, quality).
• Support business units in their digital transformation by analysing needs, translating functional requirements into concrete configurations, and providing advanced technical support (debugging, log analysis, configuration).
• Maintain operational expertise on Alfresco and Libriciel, including administration, parameterisation, and workflow design.

Required profile

• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to listen, negotiate and lead project teams.
• Analytical mindset and methodical approach to problem solving.
• Experience in application maintenance and project coordination within an IT environment.
