Chef de Partie – Bakery Supervisor

About the role

The Bakery Supervisor (Chef de Partie – Baker) leads the daily operations of the hotel bakery at Swissôtel Clark, ensuring a steady supply of high‑quality baked goods for guests and internal outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee production schedules and supervise bakery staff to meet quality standards.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and operational standards throughout the bakery.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies and control waste.
• Ensure consistent product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Train and develop team members on baking techniques and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum primary school education; culinary school certification is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar bakery supervisory role.
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of bakery production processes.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Inventory management and basic budgeting.
