Channel Management Officer

About the role

The Channel Management Officer will drive the growth of our client base by establishing partnerships with organisations that represent our key market segments (Affluent, Mid‑Market, Core Mass and OF). The role focuses on delivering a customer‑centric onboarding experience through tailored financial and wealth management solutions in close collaboration with internal business units.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and onboard new client partners, presenting appropriate BPI financial solutions and programs.
• Ensure onboarding documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Transition acquired clients to the BSC channel for ongoing relationship management and deepening.
• Organise events and activations to launch onboarding of new leads.
• Prepare activation proposals, capture cost components and monitor spending against budgets and profitability targets.
• Track market trends and competition to enhance service offerings.
• Analyse economic and market factors influencing investment decisions and provide client advisory.
• Monitor partner performance based on product adoption and growth metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in retail banking or a sales‑focused role in another industry.
• Proven selling proficiency with strong oral and written communication, relationship management, negotiation and networking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret market data and drive advisory insights.
• Leadership skills to guide and motivate teams effectively.
