CET Designer – Commercial Furniture Technical Design

About the role

We are looking for a CET Designer to create detailed technical drawings and 3D models for commercial furniture projects. The role is remote and supports our mission to provide high‑quality, cost‑efficient furniture solutions for clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop accurate 2D drawings, 3D models, and design concepts for commercial furniture pieces.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and project management to translate client requirements into functional designs.
• Produce shop drawings, assembly guides, and production‑ready documentation for manufacturing and installation.
• Revise designs based on feedback, ensuring technical feasibility and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical support during prototyping, testing, and production phases.
• Liaise with suppliers and fabricators to verify materials, finishes, and hardware.
• Maintain organized design files, version control, and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a technical designer or drafter in commercial furniture, joinery, or interior fit‑out.
• High‑level proficiency with CET software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or equivalent.
• Strong 3D visualization, rendering, and presentation abilities.
• Solid understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and construction methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
