Video Editor – Freelance Remote

About the role

The client is a growing personal brand and coaching business seeking a dependable strategic partner to manage day‑to‑day content operations, allowing the founder to focus on creating and coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Drive content strategy and execution: ideation, scripting, batch‑shooting, editing, and repurposing short‑form videos.
• Lead the video production pipeline, delivering edits, series episodes, and brand assets while maintaining production trackers.
• Support brand partnerships: package pitch materials, track negotiations, and follow up on deals.
• Create client‑facing assets such as applications, presentations, and coaching materials; manage ManyChat funnel and Typeform quizzes.
• Build and maintain dashboards for followers, KPIs, applicant progress, and content performance; handle automation and data clean‑up.

Required profile

• Proven experience editing high‑volume short‑form video (CapCut).
• Background as an Executive Assistant or similar support role for a creator, coach, or small business.
• Strong written and spoken English with comfort communicating via WhatsApp.

Required skills

• CapCut video editing and batching.
• Canva for graphic and presentation design.
• ManyChat (or similar) for funnel and chatbot management.
• Typeform for forms and quizzes.
• LinkMe and Google Sheets for lead tracking and dashboard building.
