Canvasser – Procurement & Supplier Sourcing

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Canvasser to support our procurement team in sourcing suppliers, materials, equipment, and services. This entry‑level position offers fresh graduates the chance to develop negotiation and purchasing skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and canvass potential suppliers for required goods and services.
• Request, collect, and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
• Prepare price comparison sheets and evaluate supplier performance.
• Coordinate product specifications, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers.
• Monitor market price trends and suggest cost‑saving opportunities.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date supplier database and related records.
• Assist the purchasing team with ad‑hoc procurement activities as needed.

Required profile

• Graduate of Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Any experience in canvassing, procurement, purchasing, or administrative tasks is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
