About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Call Center Agents to join our Hotel Booking account. This is an onsite, full‑time position with a fast one‑day hiring process, ideal for candidates who are new to the industry or seeking a fresh start.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to hotel bookings.
- Make outbound calls for follow‑ups, promotions, or service‑related purposes.
- Deliver exceptional customer support and resolve issues efficiently.
- Accurately document interactions and transactions in the system.
- Update and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Follow company scripts, policies, and call‑handling procedures.
Required profile
- Open to applicants with or without BPO experience.
- High School (Old Curriculum) or ALS graduates.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage priorities.
