Collections Specialist

About the role

We are a finance technology team building inclusive financial services for millions of Filipinos. As a Collections Specialist you will handle collections calls and emails, support clients, and help achieve payment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform collections callouts and emails using the bank’s collections system.
• Review client information before and during calls and answer client questions.
• Communicate with clients to collect promises to pay (PTP) and document all transactions.
• Update the database with newly acquired client information in a timely manner.
• Monitor and achieve monthly and yearly KPIs such as number of connected calls, PTPs, and cash collected.
• Escalate qualifying cases to the Team Leader and prepare recommendations for endorsement.
• Initiate probing, skip tracing, or field visits according to escalation guidelines.
• Recommend payment arrangements and account adjustments in compliance with the collections process.

Required profile

• Excellent decision‑making, negotiating, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
• Availability to work onsite three days a week in Mandaluyong.
• Open to fresh graduates.
