Butler – Luxury Hospitality Service

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Butler to deliver personalized, high‑end service to VIP and Villa guests at City of Dreams Manila. The role focuses on creating memorable experiences through attentive guest recognition, tailored recommendations, and seamless coordination with hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort VIP and Villa guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring smooth check‑in/check‑out processes.
• Maintain detailed guest profiles, preferences, and feedback to anticipate needs and personalize service.
• Coordinate reservations for dining, spa, recreation, transportation, and entertainment, and make appropriate suggestions to enhance the stay.
• Assist guests with packing, unpacking, and in‑room amenities, and serve food and beverage as required.
• Act as the primary liaison between guests and hotel management, promptly handling all requests and reporting feedback.
• Uphold Forbes quality standards and hotel service procedures from pre‑arrival through departure.
• Prepare service stations, equipment, and supplies to meet anticipated demand and maintain readiness.
