About the role

The Butler enhances the overall guest experience at City of Dreams Manila by delivering personalized, high‑touch service to VIP and Villa guests. Acting as the primary liaison between guests and hotel operations, the Butler ensures every request is anticipated and fulfilled, creating memorable stays.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome VIP and Villa guests, recognizing preferences and building lasting relationships.
• Coordinate all guest requests, including reservations for dining, spa, recreation, transportation, and entertainment.
• Assist with packing, unpacking, and in‑room services, ensuring seamless check‑in and check‑out experiences.
• Provide up‑to‑date information on hotel events, local attractions, and cultural activities.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and feedback for continuous service improvement.
• Uphold Forbes quality standards and hotel SOPs from pre‑arrival through departure.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including 24/7 availability for VIP guests.
