Business Relationship Officer (West Avenue)

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center in meeting its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC products. The role is based in West Avenue and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving daily and monthly sales goals.
• Prepare and maintain sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan records.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related program (minimum 4‑year graduate).
• Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
• Adaptability and leadership mindset.
• Strong understanding of risk‑management controls and banking policies.
• Working knowledge of credit evaluation and analysis.
