About the role
The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center in meeting volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. The role is based on West Avenue and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in achieving daily and monthly sales goals.
- Prepare and maintain sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan records.
- Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
- Support account acquisition and cross‑selling initiatives for YGC products.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related program (minimum four‑year graduate).
- Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment and adapt to changing conditions.
- Strong leadership mindset and willingness to apply learned tools.
