Business Relationship Officer – Sales

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer – Sales supports the Business Center’s volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC products. The role works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance across several Business Centers in the Manila area.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan documentation.
• Develop and execute sales activities that promote retail banking products.
• Acquire new customer accounts and cross‑sell existing YGC financial products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related program (minimum four‑year graduation).
• Experience or strong interest in a sales and banking environment.
• Ability to adapt to different Business Center locations and apply learned tools in leadership.
