Sales Manager (B2B)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our B2B inside sales team. The role involves driving revenue growth, coaching representatives, and ensuring seamless collaboration with Marketing and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to meet and exceed revenue targets by generating new business and closing deals.
• Coach, mentor and conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and conflict resolution for Inside Sales Representatives.
• Set clear goals, KPIs and personalized growth plans, and track performance to improve productivity.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, CRM accuracy and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to align sales‑to‑service processes and streamline sales workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience with outbound prospecting and negotiation.
• 2+ years in a managerial role with direct revenue ownership.
• Proven ability to lead complex sales calls, coach others and drive people development.
• Experience scaling sales teams in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Experience with CRM reporting tools and pipeline management.
