Business Relationship Officer – Sales

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer – Sales supports the Business Center’s volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. The role is based in one of several Manila‑area Business Centers and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving daily and monthly sales goals.
• Prepare and execute sales call plans, generate reports, and ensure accurate recording of action plans.
• Develop and implement effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Support account acquisition and cross‑selling initiatives for YGC products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related program.
• Ability to thrive in a sales and banking environment.
• Strong strategic planning, financial management and risk‑management knowledge.
• Experience with credit evaluation, analysis, account management and banking policies.
• Familiarity with bank products and services.
