About the role
The Business Relationship Officer – Sales supports the Business Center in achieving its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. The role is based in one of several Manila business centers and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan documentation.
- Develop and execute sales activities that promote retail banking products.
- Acquire new client accounts and identify cross‑selling opportunities for YGC products.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
- Strong adaptability, leadership mindset, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Knowledge of risk‑management controls, credit evaluation, and banking policies.
- Experience in account management and familiarity with bank products and services.
