Business Relationship Officer

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer supports the Business Center in achieving its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. Working closely with the Business Relationship Manager, the role focuses on driving retail banking sales and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Business Relationship Manager in meeting sales objectives.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans and generate performance reports.
• Ensure accurate recording of action plans and essential sales information.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Support account acquisition and cross‑selling initiatives for YGC products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related program (minimum four‑year graduate).
• Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
• Strong adaptability and leadership mindset.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, financial management, and risk‑management controls.
• Understanding of credit evaluation, analysis, banking policies, and procedures.
• Familiarity with bank products and services.
