Business Relationship Officer

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer supports the Business Center in achieving its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling banking products. Working closely with the Business Relationship Manager, you will help drive sales initiatives and strengthen client relationships within the retail banking segment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Business Relationship Manager in meeting sales goals and targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan documentation.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Support account acquisition and cross‑selling of YGC banking products.
• Ensure accurate recording of sales activities and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Ability to thrive in a sales‑focused banking environment.
• Strong adaptability and leadership mindset.
• Experience or knowledge in strategic planning and management.
• Understanding of risk‑management controls and banking policies.
• Familiarity with credit evaluation and analysis techniques.
