Business Relationship Officer – Diliman

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center in meeting its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC products. The position is based in Diliman and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive retail banking sales.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals and targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and ensure accurate recording of action plans.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Support account acquisition and cross‑selling initiatives for YGC products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related program.
• Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
• Strong adaptability and leadership mindset.
• Adept in strategic planning and management.
• Knowledge of risk‑management controls and financial management.
• Working knowledge of credit evaluation, analysis, and banking policies.
