Business Relationship Officer – Diliman

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center’s volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC products. This position is based in Diliman and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive retail banking sales.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and ensure accurate recording of action plans.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of customer interactions and sales performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related program.
• At least four years of academic study in a relevant field.
• Ability to work in a sales and banking environment and adapt to changing conditions.
• Strong understanding of strategic planning, risk management controls, and credit evaluation.
• Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and product offerings.
