Business Relationship Officer – Diliman

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center’s volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC products. Based in Diliman, the role works closely with the Branch Manager to drive retail banking sales and achieve branch targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in meeting sales goals and targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and ensure accurate recording of action plans.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to market retail banking products.
• Identify and pursue cross‑selling opportunities for existing customers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of YGC product offerings and banking policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related program.
• Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
• Strong adaptability, leadership potential, and strategic planning mindset.
• Knowledge of risk‑management controls and credit evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with account management and banking products and services.
