About the role

The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center in meeting its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. Based in Diliman, the role works closely with the Branch Manager to drive retail banking sales and strengthen client relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the Branch Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports and ensure accurate recording of action plans.
  • Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
  • Support account acquisition and cross‑selling initiatives for YGC products.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related program (minimum 4‑year graduation).
  • Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
  • Strong adaptability and leadership mindset.
  • Knowledge of strategic planning and management.

Required skills

  • Understanding of risk‑management controls.
  • Working knowledge of credit evaluation, analysis and banking policies.
  • Experience with account management and financial management concepts.
