About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to join a strategic consultancy provider on a fully remote basis. The role focuses on selling IT solutions to international markets, primarily the US, UK and EU, and requires managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Key responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition through proactive outreach and lead generation.
- Manage the full 360° sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Identify and engage senior corporate decision‑makers (Director level and above).
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (Pipedrive).
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations.
- Utilise LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to source and qualify leads.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Record accurate sales activities and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Required profile
- 3‑4 years of experience selling IT solutions in the US market.
- Proven track record in new‑business tech sales, preferably with short sales cycles.
- Experience selling to US/EU/UK clients at the B2B Director level or higher.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Established professional network (400+ LinkedIn connections).
- Stable career history with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
